1. Use of Prompts

All prompts offered on suchafun are for personal use only. You are allowed to use them to generate unlimited content for yourself. However, you are not permitted to redistribute paid prompts or their generated results on any social media or content-sharing platform, including but not limited to Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

suchafun retains all rights to the prompts, even though they are AI-generated. These prompts are part of a curated and protected content collection, and sharing them without permission violates our intellectual property rights.

2. User Submissions

While the platform itself is curated by us, users may submit their own prompts for possible inclusion under the free tier. All user-submitted prompts are reviewed manually. Only respectful, suitable, and child-appropriate prompts will be published.

Submitting a prompt does not entitle the user to any form of compensation or recognition beyond a public thank-you. You agree that your submission is voluntary and non-commercial.

3. Account and Access

You may browse and use our free content without an account. However, to access premium prompts, you must sign in via Google and complete the checkout process.

Accounts cannot be deleted directly by users. If you wish to delete your account and data, you may send a request to support@suchafun.fun.

4. Violations and Enforcement

If you are found to be redistributing paid prompts or sharing generated outputs publicly, we reserve the right to permanently ban your access and delete your account from our database.

We also reserve the right to file copyright or platform violations against you, which may result in your content being taken down or your account suspended on the platform used (e.g., TikTok, YouTube).

5. Agreement During Checkout

Before completing any purchase, users must explicitly agree to these Terms of Service. A link to this page is clearly provided during checkout. If you do not agree, you will not be able to make a purchase.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
