3. Email Communication

We send two types of emails to users: a welcome email upon account creation and a confirmation email after a successful subscription. Emails are sent via Gmail SMTP, using secure server-side handling through Next.js.

4. Payments and Third Parties

We use Paddle as our payment gateway. When making a purchase, your payment information is handled directly by Paddle and not stored on our servers. For email delivery, we use Gmail SMTP servers. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services.

5. Account Deletion

You may request permanent deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at support@suchafun.fun.We will manually remove your name, email, profile picture, and subscription status from our database. Please note: account deletion cannot be done automatically through the website at this time.

6. Children's Privacy

suchafun is safe and suitable for users under the age of 13. However, we strongly recommend parental supervision when children under 13 use our platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe we may have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.
